Wednesday looks to be a cold one (but currently forcast little wind and no rain) so a short sharp run up Cosdon will keep us warm. Plan to head out of the SZ car park -> boardwalks -> stone row -> Cosdon -> back via Zeal Head. Just under 8k and just one hill
