Could be approx 10km if preferred.The army are firing on all ranges this week so we’ll run on the fringes of the Moor.This session is adaptable so suits anyone with the desire to do some hill training.We’ll run along the tramlines fp to Fatherford.Climb the first (long) hill to Klondyke then descend.Go further up the East Okement to the medium hill. Up and down.On to the final short hill.Then return to the middle hill and finish with the long one again. How far up each hill you run is personal choice.We’ll return to the station from Klondyke.Please bring a torch.Any questions?
