Along the river\, up the Hill and down on the East side to the ford before returning to the pub.\nBring a torch\, a whistle and check the local forecast for what to wear. If staying for refreshments maybe something clean and dry to change into.\nLast Wednesday run of the year. We’ve managed 18 Wednesday runs this year and a few midweek races which isn’t bad given the Spring was a write off.\nThanks to the dozens of regular\, occasional and one off runners that joined in along the way.
